The State, the Regional Council and the Regional Chamber of Commerce have launched a program to develop the IT sector “Ouest Numérique” in the region Pays de la Loire for 2010 - 2012.

Today the IT sector in the region Pays de la Loire counts more than 3000 establishments!

Still being structured, it suffers from a lack of visibility (5th French region for the IT sector) and recognition.

To develop niches of excellence in which the region Pays de la Loire would occupy a leading position. Recognized at European level and / or internationally, the sector would be an attractive feature for all players,

Improving business support for the establishment of connections and synergies between actors. Specifically, these would be put in place actions to improve skills, collaboration and visibility of the sector,

Strengthen cooperation of companies in the IT sector of the region Pays de la Loire among them, and with research centers, thus enabling them to win new markets.
